We provide delivery services to addresses within the UK mainland using trusted carriers such as DPD and Royal Mail. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers or British Forces Post Office addresses.
All purchases come with tracking, and once your order is finalized, you’ll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. While most orders arrive promptly, delivery times may extend up to four working days, particularly to more remote areas. Please be aware that a signature will be required for your delivery. Also, kindly note that delivery times may be affected by bank holidays, as DPD and Royal Mail may adjust their collection and delivery schedules during these periods.
All orders exceeding £60 qualify for free delivery. This level of service is consistent with our standard delivery option, providing you with a cost-saving of £5.99. Please note that free delivery must be to a single address.
For deliveries involving alcohol, DPD or Royal Mail will request valid identification upon delivery.
