Our Gin

Craobh Gin, pronounced “Kroov,” is a superbly smooth small-batch Scottish gin, crafted with precision and passion. Originally distilled in Glasgow, we expanded in 2025 to a new environmentally friendly distillery in Aboyne, in the heart of the Cairngorms. This move allows us to embrace more sustainable production methods, while benefiting from some of the purest water in the world—perfect for distilling an even smoother, more refined gin. Although our headquarters remain in Glasgow, Craobh Gin is a true Scottish gin, proudly reflecting the heritage and landscapes of Scotland.

We take great pride in crafting a gin with remarkable versatility, whether enjoyed with a classic tonic, warming ginger ale, or zesty lemonade. For those who prefer a purer experience, it’s just as delightful served neat over ice with a twist of lime. Slàinte Mhath to the seamless blending of tradition, nature, and innovation in every sip of Craobh Gin.

Our carefully selected botanical blend makes our gin truly exceptional. Featuring juniper, coriander, sea buckthorn, angelica, orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice root, orris root, cinnamon, milk thistle, bilberry, and black mulberry, each botanical contributes its own unique flavour, aroma, and character. From the refreshing piney notes of juniper to the tangy citrus burst of sea buckthorn and the sweet richness of black mulberry, Craobh Gin is a harmonious fusion of nature and craftsmanship, a testament to the art of distillation.
